“We are so happy with the work done by Alex and his team at A Better Way Construction & Roofing LLC. The only walls that were insulated and finished in our garage, were those that were the back side of the interior walls. So we had a lot of unfinished walls that we wanted insulated and dry walled. We also had the ceiling lightly textured and all the walled and ceiling primed and painted. It looks great! We will be adding some simple hooks, like what holds the kayak up, to hang chairs, bikes, garden hoses, and other items as we like keeping the floor pretty clear. The pictures still show many items down, but we’re in the process of reorganizing where we want things to be. We enjoyed working with Alex and his crew! They were very polite, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Drywalling is a messy job, but they cleaned up each day leaving their tools and materials out of the way. We look forward to using them again on future projects!”

We were selling the house and the buyer’s inspector found problems with the roof that we eventually determined were on account of defective shingles from the prior (7 years ago) roofing job. As we were already gone from Lincoln at the time, ABW handled all the warranty justification stuff, including photos, getting sample shingles and the bookwork. Thanks to their work, the claim was successful. Following that, they did a prompt and professional roofing job. Very good people to work with.”
